Job Description

GovTempsUSA is accepting resumes from qualified candidates for the estimated 30-hour week position of Interim Office Assistant for the Town of Somerset, MD - located in Chevy Chase, Montgomery County.   The term of the interim position is expected to terminate on or about June 29, 2018 with the possibility of an extension.   


Position Responsibilities and Qualifications: Primary responsibilities include general office support tasks such as answering and addressing customer service requests and reviewing and processing payment invoices and other tasks as assigned.


Prefer candidates with related job experience including familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software and a strong customer service orientation.   


Compensation: Hourly pay: $25 +/-. DOQ. Selected candidate will be an employee of GovTempsUSA with services contracted to the Town. Benefits include an employer matched IRA.
